A number of days after Star Radio is saved from the brink of closure and the new owners show their spirit by re-branding the old star to give it some legs to get it through the next few years.
View TV Group have re-branded the logo to provide a modern look which would not go a miss on a national station and merged the two transmitters to provide a true regional service.
Darren Shortt, one of the founders, has revamped the music and deleted anything that does not make you “tap your feet” and made the station provide tune after tune after tune.
One of the new and unique features coming to the new re-brand is the fact that it is implementing a full 12 camera studio with live streaming and interactive audience toys such as viewing the guests and replacing all of the ad breaks with video ads for a true Local TV look and feel.
Although the full interactivity will not arrive until the beginning of May the re-brand, new website, re-imaging and music adjustments everyone will be able to see from now.
